ZOMATO

Sounds like another website on reviews! Indeed it is ,but its not just "another" its but the "other".
While for most foodies like me are in constant search for a place where we get the perfect dining experience .not only in terms of food but in the overall experience ZOMATO provides a unique blend of fine taste and the perfect ambience.Its a virtual world of food.You can savour your taste bud with a number of options that the site has to offer.What gives ZOMATO a fine edge over the rest of the websites offering similar information is ;
(1) A significant point of difference as far as search content is concerned.The information provided about each restaurant is unique and whole in itself.What is rather demarcating is that ZOMATO provides the menu online!Yes online for all the food conscious people.You can directly run through the menu and decide if the place offers you want you want.
(2)What is also commendable is that the website is very user-friendly.There is little clutter and the sub-heads are defined.So what a typical food lover would appreciate "FOOD" is delivered without creating noise.
(3)The website also provides a feature called "map" for each individual restaurant covered.Thus acting as a mouse trap laid with cheese,so that a Foodie can easily track his/her food.Its more like a food navigation.
The above being features exclusive to the website that makes it the ultimate guide of a food-connoisseur.What I further suggest ZOMATO to help them find a passage into the hearts of food lover through their stomach are the following suggestions:
(1)Why not have an additional "calling/helpline" feature,something on the business model of "Just dial".The idea behind this is that anyone from anywhere can assess information about restaurants without actually logging into the website.
(2)What I found missing was it lacked coverage in terms of the cities covered.I would prefer seeing more of Tourist Destinations say Goa or any other holiday destinations because people generally feel lost in a new place and end up landing in wrong eatery places thereby carrying a negative experience.
(3)The website offers customers to select from fine-dining to take home search options ,what I would further like to see as a customer to increase the ease of access is more "fine-search" in terms of segmenting restaurants based on "music" or "ambience offered".

I rate ZOMATO a 4 on a scale of 5 as it can take me through this amazing journey in the streets of FOOD.If you find the above constructive,check this wonderful website and I am sure you will never ever look elsewhere http://www.zomato.com/
